The revised version will be effective at the time we post it on the Site, and in the event you continue to browse our premium clothing drops, book bespoke tailoring slots, or use our digital services, you are impliedly agreeing to the revised TERMS AND CONDITIONS and specialized collection guidelines expressed herein.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms & conditions, as modified or amended from time to time, are a binding contract between the company and you regarding all luxury garments, ready-to-wear drops, and artisanal pieces. If you visit, use, or shop custom fashion items at the site (or any future site operated by the company, you accept these terms and conditions). In addition, when you use any active sizing guides, dynamic dashboard elements, or purchase from any design atelier affiliated with the company or third party premium fabric vendors, whether or not included in the site, you will also be subject to the logistics and conditions applicable to such custom garment production or luxury merchant. If these conditions are inconsistent with such fashion house guidelines, the specialized tailoring terms will prevail.
If these Terms and Conditions conflict with any other apparel document, the Terms and Conditions will prevail for the purposes of usage of the Site. As a condition of purchasing our high-end fashion lines, the Site requires your permission to send you administrative and seasonal promotional emails regarding upcoming collection previews and membership drops. We will send you information regarding your design account activity, custom measurements tracking, and courier logistics, as well as updates about our latest fashion drops and promotional lookbooks. You can opt out of our promotional fashion updates anytime by clicking the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of any of our email correspondences. Please see our Privacy Policy for details. We shall have no responsibility in any manner whatsoever regarding seasonal marketing alerts sent to you. The offers made in those promotional lookbooks shall be subject to change at the sole discretion of the Atelier and the Company owes no responsibility to provide you any information regarding textile or design variation changes. By placing an order for a garment, you make an offer to us to purchase standard or custom-sized luxury items you have selected based on standard site restrictions, specialized fabric care limitations, and on the terms and conditions stated below.
