We support all major secure checkout methods, international credit/debit cards, and alternate local payment modes. If you encounter gateway issues or want zero friction, Cash on Delivery (COD) can also be configured during high-traffic order sessions.

We accept returns or size exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the garments are unworn, untailored, and possess all original branding tags. Custom bespoke orders or tailored premium garments are non-refundable once crafted.

As soon as your shipment is processed by our third-party logistics booking system, a tracking link along with booking details will be sent to your registered email or phone number to check the dynamic transit status.
